The North Carolina Juvenile Justice-Behavioral Health Information Sharing Guide was authored by Mark Botts, LaToya B. Powell, Rachel Johnson and Jessica Jones on behalf of the Juvenile Justice-Behavioral Health Information Sharing Committee. Mark Botts and LaToya B. Powell of the UNCG School of Government presented on the laws and expectations of confidentiality and consent at the JJSAMHP 2015 Spring Regional Meetings.
