Plan: To promote a coordinated effort to improve the outcomes of juvenile justice-involved youth from a recovery-oriented systems of care approach. The plan focuses on meaningful youth and family engagement in the process of moving youth and families into and through treatment from referral to assessment to completion of services. There is currently a prioritized focus on the assessment, treatment initiation and treatment engagement phases of the process. The team utilizes the More Treatment, Better Treatment and Beyond Treatment approach and works to ensure that services also focus on access to quality community based emotional and social supportive services.
